As mentioned earlier we have set up four divisions namely Design Management, Pre-construction Project Management, Post Construction Project Management ,Cost Management. We offer about thirty modules of design management and construction management to residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructural segments. We do undertake interior segment also. On design side we offer sketch stage design, concept design, detailed design. Moreover we develop Project Specifications, Bill of Quantity and Project Contractual Documents. On project management execution side we offer value engineering, redesign based on value engineering, cost estimations, cost modules, construction planning, material submittal, material approval, material planning, material procurement, civil versus MEP Clearances, shop drawings, coordination layouts, BIM Modeling, As-builts, Quantity Survey, Progress Reports, Bills Reconciliations, Invoicing, Job costing, Performance assessment, Claims Management, Variations Orders Management, Contracts Management, Testing-commissioning norms,Project Handover Criteria. Our offer is applicable to Architectural-Structural-Mechanical –Electrical-Plumbing- Interior segments. We prefer to take full package of Design Management, Pre-construction Project Management, Post Construction Project Management ,Cost Management at the very beginning stage of initialization of projects. However if design part is over then we can enter to project management. Value engineering, redesign based on value engineering, cost estimations, cost modules ,construction  planning, material submittal, material approval, material planning, material procurement, civil versus MEP Clearances, shop drawings, coordination layouts, BIM Modeling follows to pre-construction Project Management, rest, As-builts, Quantity Survey, Progress Reports, Bills Reconciliations, Invoicing, Job costing, Performance assessment, Claims Management, Variations Orders Management, Contracts Management, Testing-commissioning norms, Project Handover Criteria follows under post construction management. Still operations management and micro-management are under considerations but not yet outlined by us. On receiving inquiries from the clients we shall declare our fees to Design Management, Pre-construction Project Management and Post Construction Project Management along with relevant time lines. We are also committed to work under pressure and in highly stretched time-lines. We do possess emergency plans for change order management. We guarantee that our programmes are cost effective which saves lot of resources of clients. Along with pre-construction project management is so effective with servo mechanism that it never fails to site implementation once client follows our deliverables. We do possess capability of taking up multiple projects simultaneously whether they are small-medium-large scaled projects. However we prefer to work with minimum size of 100000 square feet. Our quotes to clients are based on square feet areas of envisaged projects for residential-commercial-industrial projects. We quote generally on the base of areas in acres for infrastructural projects.
